Thesis Statement: Low salaries, lack of teaching support, stress, and insecurity are the reasons why teachers leave classrooms.

Body.

P1. Low wages.

  • The salary is low paid compared to other similar professions.
  • Being a teacher does not generate enough income to cover all your expenses, rather it is by vocation.

P2. Lack of didactic support.
  • Educational institutions do not provide teaching equipment and materials to teachers for the development of their classes.
  • The teacher needs recognition and feels valued.

P3. Too stressful profession.  

  • They leave the profession because they feel they have no time for anything due to the workload in addition to suffering from stress. Many say they feel pressure to meet the requirements of the National Assessment Program.

  • Their work is extremely complex: getting a group of students to understand content requires a series of very particular knowledge, methodologies, and skills.

P4. Insecurity.

  • Some teachers are threatened by students or parents.

  • Teachers have difficulty moving or moving to the area where their workplace is located.

  • Excessive use of cars and other means of transportation powered by gasoline or diesel.

Effects:

  • Climate change.

  • Diseases.

  • Global warming.

  • Destruction of ecosystems.
